Biography
As a business psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in assessment, coaching, and senior team development, Mr. Quinn has a track record of helping leaders optimize their performance, align their teams, and transform their organizational culture to accelerate key business objectives.
He has led succession management programs, provided executive development and intensive coaching services, and facilitated team effectiveness with a wide range of ventures including multi-national Fortune 500 corporations and small businesses in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Turkey, and the Middle East. He delivered and developed work within the financial services sector, media and entertainment, energy, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Quinn was a managing consultant for a global leadership consulting firm where he was the North America regional account manager for several global clients and served as the North America lead for the firm's global executive coaching practice. Earlier in his career, Mr. Quinn led his own consulting practice and worked as a consultant with a well-known international business psychology firm.
Mr. Quinn is a licensed psychologist in the state of New York and holds a doctoral degree in psychology from the University of Denver, a master's degree in psychology from the University of Denver, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from State University of New York at Oneonta.
He is a dual citizen of the United States and Ireland.
