After studying economics, I began my HR career in 1995 at B. Braun Melsungen AG. Later, I spent most of my time as an HR generalist in internationally oriented positions, including Senior HR Business Partner, Change Manager, HR Manager Germany, Head of Human Resources, Plant HR Manager, HR Director Germany & Austria at companies such as Shell, PPG Industries, Magna, AstraZeneca and Stage Entertainment. I am also temporarily available as an HR Interim Manager, so I always stay up to date with the latest HR developments. My path has therefore led me through a number of different industries, company types and sizes (FMCG, pharmaceuticals, medical technology, utilities, mineral oil, renewable energies, consulting, entertainment industry). I have a strong affinity for topics such as performance management, talent management, restructuring/change management, recruitment and employer branding, KPI-oriented HR work and more recipient-oriented HR communication. I have a son and live in Hamburg. Handball is my passion and a school of life and if you like, we can also talk about film quotes. I love good films and series, but I also appreciate a good book, a good wine and good conversations with nice people.
