Ms. Smith has more than a decade of executive recruiting experience and is deeply involved with Automotive, E-Mobility and Diversified Industrial markets. She has been successful in building world-class executive leadership teams and identifying next-generation leaders for Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers and major OEMs. Specifically, she has conducted assignments for CEOs, COOs, division presidents, general managers and functional heads of operations, supply chain and sales leadership roles. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2017, Ms. Smith led corporate recruiting and strategic hiring initiatives for the Americas region at Bain & Company, a top global management consulting firm. Earlier, she spent eight years with boutique search firms focusing on industrial and consumer-based engagements recruiting key executives for Fortune 500, Mid-Cap to private-equity backed companies. Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of North Dakota and is a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Analyst. Originally from Germany, she speaks English and German.
