Carlos is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson Mexico. His areas of expertise include Automotive and Telecommunications. With considerable experience as an HR director, he has worked for international organizations in Mexico and other regions including Latin America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He led the deployment strategy of the cultural integration process between Motorola and General Instruments in Mexico. He served as strategic leader in the downsizing operations of General Motors in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East region and led the start-up process of a service company for Pfizer Mexico.
