Biography
Ms. Korf has worked with a number of national and international clients from across the private sector (energy, telecommunication, consumer goods, financial services and fashion industries), and she has considerable experience in the non-profit sector, especially administration organizations.
Ms. Korf has worked in various interdisciplinary functions. Prior to leading the Utility and ICT sector in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, she was responsible for functionally managing and supporting a team of consultants, as well as working in the Task Force Austria team. In addition, she acts as mentor for new staff members.
Ms. Korf's expertise primarily lies in the managing and steering of major projects to develop integrated and individually aligned solutions together with her clients. These solutions relate mainly to the design of HR policy platforms for tariff, non- tariff and executives, as a basis for diverse HR policy approaches. Building upon this, she works with a focus on compensation management and career development. Additionally, she has gained extensive expertise in projects reviewing and designing roles, structures, and processes (organizational design /development) as well as implementing performance enhancing corporate cultures.
Ms. Korf has a degree in business administration from the University of Hamburg, where she spent part of her time tutoring and assisting in the finance division. Prior to commencing her studies, she completed her commercial education at Allianz Group.
She is a certified business coach (European Business School International University Schloss Reichartshausen.)
