Micha Rosenthal conducts executive management and board-level searches across the industrial sector. Based in Stockholm, Micha has a particular focus on the automotive, capital equipment, manufacturing, paper and packaging and metals industries, among others. He works with regional and international clients, recently completing assignments for CEOs, Chairman, Non-Executive Directors, and CFOs. Micha also conducts assessments of management teams both for private equity and listed industrial companies. Micha has worked in executive search for more than 15 years, including the past 12 at Russell Reynolds Associates. He joined us after serving as the Managing Partner of another global executive search firm. He previously founded and led an HR strategy consulting firm and held the roles of COO and Business Development Director of a Swedish executive search firm. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey, working in Sweden, Australia and New Zealand. Micha received his MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics and conducted MBA studies at the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia. He speaks Swedish, English and a bit of German.
