Ben runs the Global Partnerships team at Taylor Root, a role focused on the design and implementation of Taylor Root’s business development strategy globally, as well as maintaining and strengthening our key client relationships. The goal this function is to put our clients at the heart of everything we do, and to ensure that the service levels we are providing across all of our global offices are uniformly best-in-class. Ben and his team help to identify, engage, and nurture client relationships across all of Taylor Root’s global markets, and to ensure that our client base mirrors the exceptional talent we have representing our company. Prior to this role Ben spent over a decade in the Middle East, which included looking after Taylor Root’s In-House Search practice across the META region. Prior to joining Taylor Root in Dubai, Ben headed up the MEITA region for another global Legal search specialist, helping them to establish an Africa and Turkey practice for the first time, and grow their offering across the Middle East. Ben has transacted searches across Legal, Compliance, and Public Policy/Government Relations disciplines and works cross-industry. He has direct exposure to searches in the almost every global market, and is truly passionate about Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance search.
