In her fifteen years as a senior executive search professional, Ms. Ormsbee has specialized in senior executive placements in Financial Services as well as advising clients on governance and board of directors placements. Prior to commencing her career in executive search, Ms. Ormsbee was Managing Director and the head of Global Banking division for Deutsche Bank Mexico. Ms. Ormsbee joined Deutsche Bank after fourteen years in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co., where she was Managing Director, Leveraged Finance. Previously, Ms. Ormsbee spent five years in Merrill Lynch's Mexico operations where she was a Managing Director, Investment Banking. Ms. Ormsbee's 20-year career in investment banking gave her broad exposure to strategic advisory services, financing products and capital markets, both in the US and Latin America. Ms. Ormsbee is a member of the Board of the Centro Medico ABC (ABC Hospital), She serves on the Finance Committee. From 2008 to 2017, Ms. Ormsbee was on the Board of Trustees of The American School Foundation, A.C. She is a member of the Instituto Mexicano de Ejecutivos de Finanzas (IMEF) and of the Women's Corporate Directors (WCD) Mexico Chapter. Fluent in English and Spanish, Ms. Ormsbee is a dual national with US and Panamanian citizenships. She has been residing in Mexico since 1995. Ms. Ormsbee has a BA degree in Economics from Wellesley College and an MBA from The Harvard Business School.
