Based in New York, Paul is a Partner and Head of Americas, leading CIO & CTO engagements while directing the operations for Leathwaite’s U.S. business. A search professional with 20 years of global experience, his portfolio of work includes more than 500 CIO, CTO, CDO and other C-level executive engagements within financial services, retail, life sciences, manufacturing and service industries. His work includes numerous engagements with global F100 organizations, as well as work with growth and PE-backed companies. Prior to joining Leathwaite, Paul was with Heidrick & Struggles as a partner in their global CIO practice while serving concurrently as head of the firm’s global digital initiative, Heidrick Connect. Before this, Paul was a founding member of CTPartners’ financial services practice and global head of the CIO and Operations Practice. Paul served with distinction as a U.S. Army infantry officer abroad. He then worked in the engineering and process control industries supporting energy plants and nuclear facilities. He served on sabbatical in the White House Presidential Personnel Office. Paul graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science degree and earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business. He serves multiple community, school and alumni organizations. Paul and his family reside in Summit, New Jersey.
