Biography
Julie Choi is a Principal within Odgers Berndtson's Leadership Advisory Practice. She leverages the power of assessments to help senior leaders explore their strengths and potential blind spots at a deeper level. Whether they are being selected for a new role or have been in their role for several years, Julie helps them unearth key insights to enhance their development. She also integrates her in-depth scientific knowledge with best practice to help teams and organizations reach their full potential.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Julie held a variety of consulting roles with a focus on leadership development. Her consultative experience includes developing assessments, building competency frameworks, helping organizations identify high-potential talent, and supporting executive teams to refine their vision and purpose.
Julie has over six years of qualitative and quantitative research experience, and holds a Doctorate of Philosophy and a Master of Science from the University of Calgary, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Her former research focused on abusive leadership and executive leader transitions.
