Since joining Mercuri Urval in 1995, Jan Kjeldsmark has worked with all aspects of leadership development in the public sector - specifically within municipal government, education and research. Before joining Mercuri Urval, Jan held various positions in the public sector. Jan has an MSc in Political Science from the University of Aarhus.
