Angela is an Associate in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Industrial practices of Odgers Berndtson in Colombia.​ She has more than 10 years of experience working for important Executive Search consulting firms, and more than 5 years of experience in Career Coaching working with top executives aiming to make a change in their professional careers.​ Along with her professional career, Angela has had the opportunity to lead recruitment and evaluation projects for both national and multinational companies from different industries.​ She received her degree in Psychology from Universidad Santo Tomás in Colombia.​
