Stephen has successfully conducted search across a broad spectrum of functions including; Manufacturing & Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences and Process Technology and Quality. Stephen has also worked to appoint senior executives in several promising clinical stage Life Science companies both in the US and Ireland who were focused on building out their leadership teams. Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2018, Stephen established and ran a boutique executive search firm with a focus on senior level appointments in Manufacturing, Technical Operations and Supply Chain globally in Life Sciences. Prior to establishing his own firm, Stephen was the Operations Director for a growing recruitment firm where he was responsible for the evolution and development of the Irish Life Science retained search practice. Stephen graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology with a specialisation in Business Administration and also holds a post graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
