Ericka Bautista Wisthoff partners with clients to attract and develop financial officers with a growth mindset. Based in San Francisco, she leverages her experience in technology and financial services to help companies search for their next CFO and executive-level finance officers. Previously, Ericka spent seven years at the boutique investment bank Houlihan Lokey, where she worked primarily with technology clients. In that role, she served as a financial and valuation advisor to software, cloud, database, and logistics companies in varying growth stages ranging from pre-revenue to public companies. She began her career at TD Bank. Ericka holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
