Zak is adept at securing exceptional talent for boards, C-suite and senior management functions such as CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, Digital, Strategy/M&A, Treasury & Risk. Zak has regularly advised companies on their board composition and organisational structures, as well as talent acquisition and retention strategies. Before starting his executive search career, Zak founded and managed a real estate development business in the UK.​
