Mr. Schneider has done extensive work with leaders in Korn Ferry's core businesses of strategy, competency modeling, assessment, leadership development, and coaching.
He also delivers executive services, such as assessments and coaching.
A leader in Korn Ferry's global CEO succession practice, he is regularly engaged in CEO and senior executive succession with both internal development and external selection candidates.
Mr. Schneider is a highly-accomplished and business-focused executive.
His clients appreciate the business acumen, strategy, and systems perspective he brings to his engagements.
Prior to Korn Ferry's acquisition of PDI Ninth House, he had been General Manager for PDI Ninth House's southeast U.S. territory.
Prior to that, he was a senior-level HR executive for a Fortune 100 financial services company, where he managed succession planning, and leadership development, and recruitment.
Mr. Schneider has extensive international experience having worked with leaders in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and North America.
Mr. Schneider has a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Michigan State University.
