Mr. Radigan is member of both Korn Ferry's CIO and Risk Management centers of excellence with a niche focus in IT Risk & Security. He is responsible for executing C-level searches throughout the functional disciplines including; Technology, Risk Mitigation, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud and Cybersecurity on a global scale. In addition to executive search, Mr. Radigan has participated in several talent consulting initiatives across the financial services industries including executive coaching, leadership assessments, top-team effectiveness and talent strategy alignment. He has a track record of helping leaders optimize their performance, align their teams, and transform their organizational culture to accelerate key business objectives. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Radigan spent four years as a highly-concentrated search consultant for an international recruitment firm. While there, he developed a functional expertise in both the Information Technology and Risk Management talent markets. During his tenure, Mr. Radigan cultivated several global client relationships within the banking and capital markets space. Mr. Radigan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State. As a proud Nittany Lion, Mr. Radigan is an active member of the Penn State Alumni Association's New York City Chapter. He resides in Hoboken, NJ with his wife Carolyne - a fellow Penn State graduate, and four-month old daughter Carter.
