Tobias studied law at Leiden University and after graduating started his career in recruitment of legal professionals in 2014. He gained experience at a leading recruitment agency where he was involved in the recruitment of legal professionals at all levels within various industries. As Associate Director at Taylor Root, Tobias specializes in the recruitment and selection of (senior) in-house counsel with a focus on the Industry sector. This includes Oil & Energy, Chemicals, Construction and Logistics.
