Arnau Soldevilla partners with healthcare and pharmaceutical companies to help them identify and develop forward-thinking executives. Based in Barcelona, he brings experience in strategy implementation, marketing pharmaceuticals, and leadership advisory Previously, Arnau was the marketing head at Esteve Healthcare, where he was also chief of staff to the CEO and an interim sales manager. During his tenure at Esteve, he provided strategic guidance and managed $60 million of business. Before that, he held multiple roles at Novartis over a six-year period. While at that company, he was responsible for the marketing, sales, and pricing of multiple products for multiple health conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis. Arnau holds a bachelor’s in environmental engineering from UAB University and a master’s in pharmaceutical marketing from EADA Business School.
