Dr. Toduk began her own professional career in a family owned business and then worked in the advertising and marketing fields both in Turkey and the USA. Since establishing Amrop Turkey in 1996, she has been placing C-Suite and Board level leaders across a wide spectrum of industries, from Media to Defense, for both local and multinational companies. Her extensive regional network extends from the Middle East to the Caucasus. Dr. Toduk is a frequently invited speaker on Leadership in Turkey, employing original and sound leadership data compiled from her own research and interviews. She published her first book, "Turkey's Real Leadership Map," in 2004, and her second book, "The Leader of 2023," in 2014. She is the Founder and Chairwoman of "Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Support and Education Foundation" since 2010. Dr. Toduk holds a PhD from Boğaziçi University, completed partly in Moscow, on Turkish and Russian relations. She earned her MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a BA degree in Business Administration from the Middle East Technical University.
