Pritesh Pancholi is a consultant based out of Calgary and Toronto and a member of the Financial Services Practice. With over 10 years of experience recruiting at senior and executive levels in North American and EMEA, Pritesh brings focus and insight to his clients across investment banking, private equity and capital markets. His role at Caldwell consists of streamlining the search process and executing excellent senior-level search work. Prior to joining Caldwell, Pritesh served as a consultant focusing on C-suite and partner level mandates across interim and permanent hires in financial and professional services industries with firms such as Korn Ferry, EY and RGP. Pritesh has worked with some of the best-in-class global organizations as well as small innovative start-ups, which allows him to be agile and provide bespoke solutions to meet the needs of diverse client partners.
