Marionne Barge-van Engelen focuses on recruiting top level government/corporate affairs, public policy and communications executives for leading international corporations, trade associations, NGOs and PR/PA agencies. Furthermore, she is specialized in recruiting for senior leadership roles in the consumer, packaging and industrial sectors. Marionne is passionately committed to partner with clients to reach their goals by helping them to solve their strategic recruitment needs, identifying international solutions and advising senior management in building their international talent pool of corporate rising stars and successful senior executives. She has a special interest in international and women executives. Based in Brussels, she leads searches with a global, European and local scope. Marionne has 19 years of executive recruiting experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999. Prior to her career in executive search, Marionne was with IBM Nederland BV in Sales and Market Development positions. She began her career in Marketing at IBM in 1988. Marionne was a Board Member of a Brussels' leading think tank, the European Policy Centre (EPC). Marionne received her M.A. in Law from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands. She is fluent in Dutch and English and has a working knowledge of French.
