He is also well known for leading diversity projects for some of the World’s most prestigious professional services firms. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Charles spent 15 years working for boutique executive search firms in both Australia and the UK, leading local and international assignments in technology and digital for a diverse range of clients across a range of leadership roles. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science, Sports and Exercise Science.
