He brings a very well-rounded mix of consulting and industry experience to the client by leveraging his own experiences in the operating role. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a consultant in the area of business transformation, was head of business area Fastening and Fire protection business, had operating and product management roles at a materials (metal & plastic incl. supply chain services) distributor as well as had key operating role at a leading tier 1 automotive supplier in the area of automotive interiors, under-hood products, and subsystems. RashinderPal has an MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University.
