Jenny Wang serves as Partner based in DHR’s Shanghai office. Before joining DHR, Jenny served as a consultant with Spencer Stuart and an active member of Spencer’s Asia Healthcare practice. Prior to that, Jenny spent 18 years with Amrop China, where she learned retained executive search and became one of the key partners in Amrop China. She has a proven track record of success and has completed numerous executive level searches for clients in the pharmaceutical, medtech, biotechnology and industrial industries across China. Her clients include multinational organizations that have key operations in China. Jenny is also leveraging her experience to help up-and-coming Chinese companies globalize with the right talent mix. She has built a strong expertise in identifying talent that is successful in a global work environment and her clients depend on her sound business judgment. Earlier in her career, she worked with Emerson Process Management and Mobile (China) Investment as Marketing Executive. Jenny received her bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
