In 2008 I founded Top of Minds Executive Search with Auke Bijnsdorp. I had a background in recruitment in the Consumer Goods sector but wanted to put a modern spin on things. Now I help companies with their digital transformation, and its sectors vary from Consumer to Manufacturing to Energy.
