Prior to joining DHR in 2020, Rob launched his own consulting firm to deliver recruiting and coaching services, and he continues to provide executive coaching to his clients. Previously, he spent 17 years building one of the country’s leading executive search boutiques as the Founder and CEO. Based in Chicago, he specialized in recruiting CFOs and CIOs and serving middle market companies and private equity investors, completing over 300 searches while achieving a 95% completion rate and a 98% stick rate. Rob completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Illinois. He completed his certification as an executive coach at The Hudson Institute.
