Biography
Ms. Kirtzman specializes in DE&I consulting, organizational assessments, and strategy development. As part of her role, she helps clients across industries create data-driven DE&I roadmaps that focus on both behavioral and structural inclusion.
Ms. Kirtzman is part of the facilitation team at Cornell University’s “Advanced Diversity Strategies” workshop for experienced diversity practitioners and has presented on diversity, equity & inclusion at conferences such as The Conference Board and Linkage. She is a certified facilitator for Korn Ferry’s signature Managing Inclusion™ and Conscious Inclusion™ programs.
Ms. Kirtzman started her career as the Director of Language and Culture for a global communications agency, where she was in charge of all linguistic and cultural analyses as well as brand name and corporate identity analyses in more than 100 languages and oversaw the development of global marketing and advertising strategies to target specific markets.
Ms. Kirtzman applies her professional and personal experiences—spanning three cultures, three countries, and three religions— to provide insights into managing and leveraging cultural differences and global diversity matters.
Ms. Kirtzman is certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI™), The Inclusive™ Leader Assessment, Leadership Architect, KF 360, and viaEDGE.
