He provides recruitment advice on the selection process for senior executives to companies in the industrial, services (including financial), educational, telecommunications, family business, Private Equities portfolio companies, and law firms sectors. Guilherme was a partner with 2Get in Rio de Janiero, a local executive search firm in Brazil, when it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2019. Prior to executives search, he worked in industry, services, and telecom. Before that, he practiced private law in Brazil for eight years focusing on the tax area. He is a member of the Entrepreneur Organization (EO) and a former board member. A native Brazilian Portuguese speaker, he is also fluent in English.
