Margarita also leads the consumer and healthcare practices and has a special interest in the power of diversity and the global careers of emerging-markets talent. She is the author of numerous articles about leadership, including publications in Forbes and Harvard Business Review. She has 15 years of experience in leading executive search / leadership advisory firms built upon 10 years in various management roles in companies such as Mars Wrigley and Wimm-Bill-Dann. Margarita holds an M.Sc. in Economics, with Honors, from Novosibirsk State University, and she earned an MBA from the London Business School. She founded the London Business School Alumni Club of Russia in 2003 and served as its chair for seven years.
