Molly is a Lead Associate based in Hanover’s LA office, and specializes in the US Private Wealth Management and Private Banking fields with a focus on the Impact Investing space. She is responsible for identifying exceptional talent on retained, senior level searches nationally and for the development of new clients. Molly feels strongly about building trust with both her clients and candidates and believes that’s how she and her team deliver outstanding results. She has two Bachelor’s Degrees in Communication and Film & Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and enjoys spending her Saturday mornings on the beach playing volleyball.
