Lisa joined AIMS International UK in 2014 and specialises in Executive Search. She has partnered with clients across a broad range of industries, including Consumer, Industrial and Financial Services and has successfully completed numerous search assignments across a number of business functions from middle-management through to C-Suite. At the heart of Lisa’s successful track record within Executive Search is an unwavering commitment to the client, both in terms of time spent understanding the client needs and partnering closely with the client throughout the search process to ensure a smooth process and delivery. Prior to joining AIMS International UK, Lisa trained and practised as a solicitor at a leading international law firm based in the City of London before moving to a firm based in London’s West End, where she specialised in media law and, in particular, film finance.
