Tim Alexander Lüdke is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Milan and Tel Aviv offices. He is the regional leader for Heidrick & Struggles’ Strategic Growth Markets and interim partner in charge of the Tel Aviv office. He previously founded and led the Disruptive Innovators Team and led the firm’s Specialty Practices. He has incubated the firm’s Technology Solutions and was the managing partner for the Technology & Services Practice in EMEA. With almost thirty years of experience, Tim works closely with top executives across the global business landscape. Concentrating on the delicate balance of technology and leadership, He brings a rare combination of global industry expertise and executive search experience to his clients. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Tim was a managing partner at a boutique executive search firm in Munich. Previously, he served as the executive director and later as the managing director of the international technology practice at another global executive search firm. Over the course of his search career, Tim has specialized in placing senior leaders in the areas of hardware, services/outsourcing, software, and telecommunications. Additionally, Tim has extensive experience working with owners, boards, and executives within larger family and private equity owned companies. While working in the technology sector, Tim was the chief executive of Nemetschek, a global architecture, engineering, and construction software company. Prior to that he spent time working at GE Capital’s IT Solutions and for Dell Computers.
