Thomas is a consultant with mixed IT and business experience. He has performed many IT strategy and organizational design, due diligence, carve-out/PMI, cost reduction and transformation programs in the retail, manufacturing, utilities, aerospace, finance, and public sectors. He has worked in close collaboration with CxOs in various environments. Thanks to a business, IT, and analytics background, he has been able to drive operational improvements in many different contexts, taking advantage of data to support transformation decisions. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a manager at Capgemini Consulting, where he designed and delivered large transformations. Thomas has a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Technology of Compiegne in France.
