Ms. Romanowicz focuses on Investment Professional, Operating Partner and Investor Relations / Capital Raising placements. She also works on board and senior management searches for the portfolio companies of private equity funds. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Romanowicz worked for a boutique executive search firm where she helped to grow the private equity practice, working with strategy consulting firms and institutional investors on a global basis and led the firm's initiatives in diversity. She previously worked as a Consultant for the United Nations, and was based in New York, Warsaw and Dubai. Ms. Romanowicz holds a Masters of Arts degree in Geography from the University of St. Andrews and a Master of Science degree in Urbanisation and Development from the London School of Economics. She speaks fluent Polish.
