Sohil Patel is a member of Spencer Stuart’s global Private Equity and Industrial Services practices. Based in New York, Sohil advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on due diligence and talent strategy across the entire investment life cycle. Based on his experience in private equity, management consulting and business operations, Sohil works as a strategic advisor and partner to funds as they explore optimal ways to deploy capital and grow shareholder value. Sohil earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and entrepreneurship from Boston University and his MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management.
