Brent has worked with both US multinationals and organisatons across Asia Pacific and has been involved in projects where he consulted with clients across a broad spectrum of sectors from high technology to central and local government. Brent is experienced in the review and development of compensation frameworks, incentive framework development, global HR due diligence, and governance reviews. More recently he has been engaged in a number of projects, translating client strategy into effective organisation design. Brent holds a Masters degree with honours in Economics and Statistics from The University of Auckland, New Zealand.
