Based in Miami, Bertrand Paulet is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice specializing in packaging & other process industries. He is also an active member of the Firm’s Chief Financial Officer Practice. Bringing more than 18 years of experience across the packaging and waste management industries, he helps his clients with executive search, leadership advisory, M&A integration and succession planning. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Bertrand was President and CEO of Glass North America at the Ardagh Group. He was also Chairman of the Association of U.S. Glass Manufacturers in Washington, D.C. Bertrand began his professional career at Smurfit Kappa in procurement and operational roles throughout Europe and Latin America. He later served as Head of Investor Relations in Ireland and ultimately as CFO for the Americas Region. Bertrand studied mechanical engineering before completing a specialized masters degree at the HEC Paris business school. He is also a chartered accountant. Outside work, Bertrand is an avid motorcyclist and loves to travel and spend time with his wife, daughter and son.
