Elissa spent 2 years in a business development role for a National Finance & Accounting Staffing Firm, and then joined Anderson Recruiting in July 2014. She is a natural relationship sales person and established a great network of long-lasting business relationships. This experience gave her strong understanding of what staffing firms are looking for regarding sales talent, metrics and expectations. Prior to staffing, Elissa had a career in recruiting candidates for higher education. She is a certified teacher in elementary and middle school. Although originally from New York, Elissa grew up in Georgia and is a graduate of Georgia State University. She is currently serving on the walk committee for the American Diabetes Association Atlanta Walk. She loves animals and, when not working, Elissa, and her whole family play tennis all year round.
