Ben is an associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the Legal Practice. He brings over three years of experience in networking sales, sourcing and talent identification. His practice focuses on the recruitment of senior legal, compliance, privacy, regulatory and government affairs talent. He also works on other functional areas including human resources, finance and operations. Ben joined Caldwell from World 50, where his team focused on providing global executives a private forum for sharing insights on critical issues. ​He supported their Women Executive 50 cohort while also working alongside many of the top private equity firms worldwide. ​ Prior to his career in executive search, he served as the assistant general manager and director of baseball operations for the Piedmont Collegiate Baseball League in Richmond, VA.
