James is a Partner based in our New York office. James is a key member of our global financial services practice and he leads the banking, financial services, fintech, crypto, insurance and healthcare practices in the Americas. James works with companies across the world, including global banks & financial institutions, consumer credit, asset managers, insurers, fintechs, cryptocurrency & cryptoeconomy platforms, medtechs, and healthcare payers and providers. James operates across all functions of the business, helping clients across technology, operations, corporate functions, general management, strategy and product positions. James also manages the research teams behind our strategic intelligence and organisational analysis capabilities across the Americas. James holds a Joint Honours MA degree from Oxford University in Psychology, Philosophy & Physiology. He is a member of the British Psychology Society (MBPsS) and a trained HOGAN and Top Grading Assessor.
