Nchopia takes a scientific approach to her work, leveraging data to bring precision to organization and people decisions. Her areas of expertise include organizational effectiveness, leader assessment & development, employee engagement & culture, and DEI. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Nchopia consulted global organization on attracting, retaining, and developing talent. Her work involved assessing employee engagement & culture, identifying top talent, helping clients develop leadership pipelines, improving individual and organizational performance, and fostering inclusive work environments. Nchopia holds a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. She is a current member of Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologist and founding board member of Global Organization for Humanitarian Work Psychology. Nchopia has also served as a member of Salt Lake City’s Downtown Alliance Budget Advisory Committee, Young Professionals Salt Lake City Board of Directors, and Junior League of Fort Worth’s Training Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
