Wouter has extensive experience as an organization & reward specialist for a wide range of large multinational corporate clients in various business sectors, of which the financial sector is his main focus area. In this area Wouter has served several clients. Wouter brings 20 years' of HR experience and an open, enthusiastic and pragmatic way of doing business with clients. Wouter holds a master degree in Social Sciences (Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam). During his career he completed several courses in organizational effectiveness, project management, reward management and consultancy.
