Ms. Hansen has a broad range of experience delivering and designing curriculum for diverse audiences. Her areas of expertise include the firm's core offerings of talent management, leadership, and communication. Not only has she delivered seminars on these topics but certified many instructors as well. As technology changes, so has she, working hard to stay ahead, developing webinars and online training programs. Before joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Hansen worked as a facilitator for 12 years in the retail sales industry. There she had opportunities to instruct on subjects such as marketing strategies, sales, communications, business management, staff relations, and customer service.
