Bailey has an Msc in Human Resource Management from the University of Sussex, as well CIPD level 7 accreditation. Previously Bailey has worked in blue-collar Recruitment and has joined Dartmouth to specialise in an area of interest to him, focusing specifically on candidates who seek to enhance an organisations employee value proposition. Bailey is focused on becoming an expert within his area of the market. Outside of work Bailey is an avid sports fan and gym goer.
