Jackie Wrotniak is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the Financial Officers Practice. She works on search engagements across the EMEA and U.S. markets for companies spanning a range of industries, focusing primarily in the business services, technology, and digital sectors. Jackie has managed individual appointments of group and divisional CFOs, controllers, and heads of audit across listed, private equity-backed, and privately owned companies, as well as internal candidate assessments, market mapping exercises, and team builds. During her 5 years with Heidrick & Struggles, she has served clients from both the New York and London offices. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Jackie spent two years as regional manager of a US-based girls lacrosse program, Revolution Lacrosse, in New York City. She oversaw the successful expansion of the business from its headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts to a new geographic market for the first time in company history.
