Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Aymen co-founded a technology startup in Dubai, Ojo Digital - a social learning platform, iOS and Android App, equipping students and graduates with the tools and strategies to launch their professional careers. He led business case development, user research, product design, product market fit, initial fundraising and incubation within In5 Tech. Growing the platform to over 3000 users and onboarding x2 of the largest universities in the UAE. Before starting Ojo, Aymen was Head of the Interim CIO and Technology practice at Green Park Executive Search in London, where he grew the practice and supported the business in retaining and winning a number of C-suite technology and digital mandates. Prior to this, Aymen spent over 6 years with Harvey Nash London, in the Senior Appointments practice focusing on Digital Transformation, helping to build and scale technology and digital product teams for a multitude of clients across Banking, Healthcare, Consumer Retail, Central Government and Media. Aymen has extensive knowledge of all facets of “Digital Transformation” and is an expert of recruiting Technology and Digital leaders across areas such as, Ecommerce, Cloud and Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Product Development, Data Analytics, Enterprise Systems and Scaled Agile Transformations. Aymen holds a Business Management degree and is fluent in Arabic and English and conversational in French.
