Prior to that, she helped another boutique firm build its research capabilities for sector analysis, candidate selection, and competitive company profiling. Before that, she worked for two different hedge funds, with responsibilities ranging from client prospecting and outreach to marketing and communications strategy development. Earlier in her career Jennifer worked for several firms on Wall Street, beginning with Hambrecht & Quist (now J.P. Morgan) and the last in a role as vice president for institutional equity sales for Schroders & Co.
In addition to her executive search career, Jennifer is passionate about giving back to her community and society.
