Benedicta de Courcel is a London-based consultant. She is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity, Financial Services, Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Services practices. Benedicta brings over a decade of experience in executive search and advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies on talent strategy throughout the investment life cycle. This includes due diligence support and identifying, assessing and recruiting the right leadership to accelerate portfolio company value creation. Benedicta graduated from The University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in International Relations and an MSc in EU Law and Politics. A Franco-British national, she is fluent in English and French.
