Dana joined Korn Ferry in 2021 and is responsible for leading the Financial Officers practice within the MENA region, where she focuses on appointing emerging finance leaders across multiple industries and sectors. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Dana headed the Banking and Financial Services practice at a leading global recruitment company, where she spent four years working alongside leaders in the financial sector hiring key positions. Dana also spent four years prior to this, working for a renowned global recruitment company managing the Banking and Financial Services practice. Dana’s primary focus has been working on C-suite and senior appointments across finance, audit, risk, compliance, treasury, and legal departments. Dana is fluent in English and Arabic and has lived between the GCC and the UK for most of her career. She completed her Masters of Science at King’s College where she graduated with distinction in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology.
